Cool Lamborghini Biography
A second Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 supercar has crashed, this time right here in the U.S. at a race track near Daytona Beach, Florida.
Although the image is rather obscure, on closer inspection you can see that the rear bumper has been severely damaged along with part of the right rear fender.
The culprit, according to Wrecked Exotics, is likely to be the right rear tire, which blew out after a lengthy track session. The driver of the Aventador, believed to be a certified Lamborghini tester, allegedly took it for one last spin at a track day event taking place over the weekend when the tire blew and caused the damage you see here.
Fortunately, it appears as though the damage is merely cosmetic and there are no reports of any injuries.
This is the second accident involving the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4, which has only just begun delivery. In late August a Bianco Isis example crashed on a highway near Padua, Italy, and despite the damage initially appearing quite severe, the car’s advanced carbon fiber monocoque remained completely intact.
Our latest car porn introduces Lamborghini's new super sports car Aventador with its 700 HP bull power - powerful and classy just like his namesake, Spanish bull legend Aventador - relentlessly fighting the forces of nature in a 3-minute special effect thunderstorm, shot in the Californian desert Coyote Dry Lakebed and directed by Ole Peters.
